My Career

I am currently in a developer role at Telefônica Brasil (VIVO), invited by the accounting director. My focus is to address prioritized projects by developing, implementing, and sustaining automations for KPIs and software. I work directly with technologies such as Python, Java, C#, and JavaScript. Additionally, my area is pioneer in integrating agile methodologies within the directorate.
I built a successful career as a SAP systems analyst, being offered a full-time position and invited to join the team to support key SAP modules such as WF, FI, and SD. Additionally, I developed continuous improvements to automate slow and manual processes using Python and ABAP, complemented by XML integration with C#.
I worked as an intern at Telefônica Brasil (VIVO), focusing on finding new technological tools to improve processes. I developed automations using Shell and conducted data analysis for the accounting team with Python. Additionally, I was one of the pioneers in integrating tools through code in Python and VB, with SAP and Excel. Being offered a full-time position whithin only four months After four months :)
I worked as a service desk analyst, responsible for addressing the ticket queue related to maintenance, error resolution, and updates for servers and workstations. I was also in charge of conducting on-site visits to clients to assess their IT environment, including computers and server rooms. My work involved continuous 24/7 monitoring, firewall management, VPN setup, and network infrastructure.
